Not able to change slides

Overall very satisfied, but since a while changes to slides that I request do not go through and I get an unspecified error message and the option to retry, which does also not work. However, when I request the whole presentation to be generated again, it works. Any ideas what I could do? I tried deleting browser chache, turning off my antivirus and even using a different device but nothing seems to make a difference.

It does a great job on converting the technical (scientific document) to aSlide. However, when I click on covert to Slides button (O)range button at the bottom), I always get error, “Invalid Jason Command. Something went wrong We couldn’t generate your presentation due to a system error. Please try again later or go back to make changes.

Problem with launching presentations after subscription activation

Hello! I have subscribed to Page On as a private individual. On the first day after activating the subscription, the service worked correctly — I could generate and launch presentations. The next day, there was a problem: the generated presentations would not start. No errors are displayed, and no downloads are taking place. I've tried: log in from different browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.); use different devices (Windows 10/11); clean browser cache and cookies; log in to your account. Unfortunately, the problem persists. Good evening. I just registered, but I haven't created a presentation yet, so why does it say "1 free project left"? I think it should be "3", but could you please change the number back?

Fonts loading

Before and after PPT generation, the theme and font I selected were both "Font A" (using "A" as a placeholder since I don’t know its actual name). However, after clicking the Theme button by chance, the entire PPT’s font changed to the more elegant Libre Baskerville. Upon checking the edit and settings interface for the Sunlit theme, I found it’s configured with Libre Baskerville by default. Does this mean the previously displayed "Font A" was a bug? This issue significantly impacts the visual experience, as font choices play a crucial role in PPT aesthetics. Hope you can fix this bug at your earliest convenience.

Slide count adjustment & generation; Reference card.

Hi guys, I have a couple of feedbacks regarding my usage: If the user doesn't set the number of slides, does the AI default to generating a 10-slide PPT? I didn't adjust the slide count or modify the AI's default settings, but the output had only 9 slides (including the cover and references). Is this a bug? Currently, the slide count can be modified via AI Chat, the bottom buttons, and the outline document. Could this cause confusion in the AI's command-following or increase PPT generation time—given that the AI needs to adjust the PPT based on each new user instruction? During PPT generation, a series of cards appeared at the bottom of the interface: (1) Confusion about the cards: Do these display how the AI splits and organizes the references provided? If I’m unsatisfied with the AI’s organization, I can’t interrupt the process to restart it. Nor do I have time to review dozens of AI-split cards one by one. (2) Practical inconvenience: Using the product on a laptop without an external mouse, swiping the touchpad to view cards is recognized by Chrome as "back," interrupting PPT generation. Clicking "forward" to return caused generation failure—but thankfully, no free credits were deducted. Appreciate the team! Overall, I hope you can further enhance user interaction and workflow. While this AI product still has areas for improvement, it has already saved me significant time and offers an enjoyable user experience. Looking forward to its continued evolution!
