Problem with launching presentations after subscription activation

Hello! I have subscribed to Page On as a private individual. On the first day after activating the subscription, the service worked correctly — I could generate and launch presentations. The next day, there was a problem: the generated presentations would not start. No errors are displayed, and no downloads are taking place. I've tried:

log in from different browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.);

use different devices (Windows 10/11);

clean browser cache and cookies;

log in to your account.
