Overall very satisfied, but since a while changes to slides that I request do not go through and I get an unspecified error message and the option to retry, which does also not work. However, when I request the whole presentation to be generated again, it works. Any ideas what I could do? I tried deleting browser chache, turning off my antivirus and even using a different device but nothing seems to make a difference.
