good afternoon, I bought a subscription 2 days ago and everything was working fine. But today I ran into a problem. When generating a request, the presentation does not load at all, showing a white loading screen or generating only 2-3 slides out of the requested 10. I am asking for bug fixes or a refund of the subscription amount as soon as possible.
