    Hi

    Unfortunately, when I add my registered email it simply asks me to do the full sign-up. There is no pop-up for the "forgot password".

    See below, as you can see my email is there and it prompts me to do the full registration.

    Hi,

    If you’d like to reset your password, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to the login page at https://app.pageon.ai

    2. In the “Your Email” field, enter your full email address that is already registered with Pageon

    3. After entering a registered email address, the “Forget Password?” link will appear next to the password field (see the image below)

    4. Click on “Forget Password?”

    5. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password — please check your inbox (and spam folder just in case)

    6. Click the link in the email to access the password reset page and create a new password

    📌 Please note: the “Forget Password?” option will only show up if the email address you entered is already associated with a registered account.
